 From Primary to Upper School,
our students are encouraged to explore their creativity. While opportunities to showcase their artistic talents looked a little different this year, everyone from our youngest creators to our most advanced artists found ways to share their hard work. During a year like no other, your support of our Visual Arts program continued to allow our students to experience the aesthetic beauty of the world around us through art.

ARTS
PK and JK students showcased their creativity via a drive-through art show, while seniors in the visual arts program had the opportunity to exhibit their artistic abilities with a new take on the department’s annual art show: the 2021 Senior Art Exhibition.
For the third year in a row, architecture students won more than 20 awards in the category of Architecture and Design at the Florida State Fair. Students won top honors in all 10 categories, winning 27 prizes in the High School division, and four prizes in the Middle School division.
Eight students were recognized as finalists in this year’s Beaux Arts Student Artist Showcase, with a pair of students going on to place in their individual categories. Olivia Bueno ‘25 won first place in the graphics category for her piece, “The Skeptic,” and Mauricio Luzardo ‘22 placed second in the digital art category with his piece, “V Dom7 sus 4.”
