BENEFITS
HOLIDAYS
Regular full‐time employees are entitled to the following paid
holidays observed by the Company:
• New Year's Day • Labor Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day • Columbus Day
• Memorial Day • Thanksgiving
• Independence Day • Christmas Day
Other days or parts of days may be designated as holidays with or
without pay. No holiday pay will be paid to an employee who is on
an unpaid status, on any leave, or absent due to workers'
compensation. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday may be
observed on the following Monday. If the holiday falls on a
Saturday, the holiday may be observed on the preceding Friday.
SICK LEAVE
All employees will accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30
hours worked and may use any time accrued beginning on their

90 day of employment. Exempt employees will be presumed to
work 40 hours per week unless they are regularly scheduled to
work fewer hours, in which case accrual will be based on their
usual schedule.
When sick leave is used, it will be paid at the employee’s regular
rate of pay. Sick leave can be used in increments of one hour or
more.
