Paid sick leave no longer accrues once an employee has 56 hours

                   in their sick leave bank. Once they drop below 56 hours they will
                   begin to accrue again. All hours earned are available for use at any

                   time.


                   Unused sick leave will not be paid out the end of employment.
                   Employees  rehired  within  one  year  of  termination  will  receive
                   previously accrued but unused paid sick leave.


                   Sick leave may be  used for diagnosis,  care, or  treatment  of an

                   existing health condition of, or preventive care for, an employee,
                   an  employee’s  family  member,  or  an  employee’s  designated

                   person, or by an employee who is a victim of domestic violence,
                   sexual assault, or stalking.


                   If the need for sick leave is foreseeable, employees must provide
                   advance  notice.  If  the  need  for  sick  leave  is  unforeseeable,  the

                   Company should be notified as soon as possible. If an employee
                   uses sick leave for more than three consecutive days of work the

                   Company  may  require  documentation  from  a  health  care
                   provider.


                   VACATION


                   Vacations provide a break beneficial to both the Company and the
                   employee.  Therefore,  employees  are  encouraged  to  take

                   vacations annually.


                   All  employees  will  accrue  vacation  according  to  the  following
                   schedule:


                         1 – 2 Years: 40 hours

                         3+ Years: 80 hours
