2020
My name is Mika Caldwell, and the name of my
company is Archway, Inc., or as most people
know us by, Infusion Coffee & Tea. I came to
Guam in 1979, graduated at John F. Kennedy
High School in 1988 and received my degree in
Marketing at the University of Guam. I have been
in the retail and wholesale business for about 35
years. My original plan was to get my degree in
Accounting and to become a Certified Public
Accountant. After about a year I decided to
change my major to Marketing because I loved
working with people and selling products.
I joined Archway, Inc. as a partner in 2003 and
have enjoyed being a part of its growth for the
last 17 years. When I joined Archway we had two
employees which included myself. We now have
over 120 employees and are still growing. Diversi-
fication is an important part of sustaining a busi- Mika Caldwell
ness. Our company is involved with wholesale Vice President
and retail in both the local and tourist markets. Archway, Inc.
Our product line ranges from souvenirs, food &
beverage, and restaurant equipment. This diver-
sification has helped us to survive the ups and
downs of the economy over the years.
