Docomo Pacific – Ms. Dee Perez-Damian
Length of Program 60 minutes
Concept To be hosted live through Zoom, and carried live on KUAM, GTA and
Docomo Pacific.
Livestream will also be hosted on Facebook Live, Instagram, IGTV, and
YouTube live along with live tweets on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Description of Event Format/Structure
Opening JA Guam Logo with welcome to the 2020 Trade Fair

JA Guam Company Introduction and Welcome by Emcees.
Program Discussion with Executive Director and Board members:
(9 minutes :45 seconds) 1. What is JA?
2. Program and Structure
3. Company of the Year competition
(This section can be pre-recorded or done live.)
Company Presentations Each company will be given five (5) minutes to present their
(45 minutes) information through an interview as follows:
1. Talk about their company
2. Product Pitch / show their product
3. Play their commercial (pre-recorded)
4. Each company’s information will appear on the screen (i.e.
contact information on how to purchase the product, social
media accounts, etc.)

A thirty (:30) seconds recap will be conducted by the emcees on the
company’s product after each team has completed their presentation.

Closing Remarks Emcees will recap the Company Program Trade Fair event and show a
