ARTICLE VI

The number of Directors of the Corporation shall be not less than three (3) nor
more than seven (7), and the names and addresses of the persons who are to serve as

However, the number of directors may be increased as provided for, in the By-

Laws to any number not exceeding fifteen (15).

ARTICLE VII

This corporation shall be non-stock and no dividends or pecuniary profits shall
be declared or inure to the members thereof. No financial gain shall ever accrue to a

member of this corporation, not to any person or institution in the conduct of the
business of this corporation. Any receipts of this corporation in excess of the ordinary

expenses of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of the corporation and shall be
applied by the directors thereof to any and all expenses incurred and to carry out any
and all purposes herein set forth.
