•  Pinki updated that Guam’s COVID numbers have not gone down – 250 deaths, 50 people per day
                      being diagnosis.
                   •  Schools are closed, online learning only, some students are not being contactable.
                   •  Company Program was launched – about 130 students in all (10 companies).  The board has been
                      very supportive.  Pinki mentioned the 30 min podcast has been quite effective.

               Louis / Brunei
                   •  Louis noted no reported cases in Brunei.
                   •  School is still not back to normal with shortened school hours; all sports programs are cancelled;
                      borders not open; local business are doing well but import is limited.
                   •  Co-curriculum is still not allowed (not expecting JA program in school this year).
                   •  Currently it is exam time in Brunei (A-levels) – Company Program is on pause for two weeks.
                   •  They began a JA More than Money program pre-covid - unfortunately, it cannot be resumed this
                      year.
                   •  Following  exams, Louis will  reach  out  to schools  to see if any sessions  can be arranged  (not
                      optimistic).


               Sevinj  / Azerbaijan (update via email)
                   •  The situation in Azerbaijan is very challening and there is ongoing unrest and disruption to daily
                      life due to the war situation.
                   •  Internet access is limited in the country.  To prevent further provocation in the country the
                      Ministry  of Communication and High  Technologies restricted internet submission. Most
                      applications including Teams, Zoom, Skype are not functioning.


               Arslan  / Turkmenistan (update via email)
                   •  Overall situation in Turkmenistan remains the same - still no officially confirmed COVID-19 despite
                      of many cases of pneumonia of "unknown origin".
                   •  Mask wearing is obligatory, transport communication among regions  of Turkmenistan is
                      significantly reduced and strictly controlled. International travel is suspended.
                   •  JA Turkmenistan is currently focused on the online final events of the pilot Start-up Ecosystem
                      program on October 20-23. The goal of the 4-month program was to support to the development
                      of youth entrepreneurship and at the same time to contribute to the development of business
                      acceleration market which is not much developed in Turkmenistan.
                   •  Six mentoring companies recruited 122 young startupers who then went through the academy
                      and acceleration stages. Then they had internal Demo Days in their respective mentor companies
                      and the two best start-ups from each company will participate in Final Demo Day.
                   •  All program participants who completed the whole cycle of the program but didn’t succeed to
                      advance to the Final Demo Day were invited to participate in the InnoPitch-2020 contest that will
                      be held after the finals, and the online Awards Ceremony is scheduled for October 23.

                   •  The ROC will be  sending out the member financial health status survey out again soon
                   •  Maziar concluded that ROC will follow up with details for virtual retreat
