Chicken with Chilli Sauce

                                                          Process

                                                          1.  Wash chicken with salt and let it drain for ten minutes
                                                            before frying
                                                          2. Fry chicken at 160oC for 5 minutes or until turned yellow
           Ingredients                                      and take it out
           Serving size: 1 -2 Persons                     3. In the same pan, sauté onion for 30 seconds.
           Ingredients                                    4. Add capsicum with onions, fry it until it’s fragrant and add
           Chicken               3 thighs                   fish sauce in it (can use salt in place of fish sauce as well.)
           Red Onion             1                        5. Then add chilli sauce and butter and cook for 10 seconds

           Capsicum              1/3                      6. Now add chicken and some water into it and cook for 3
           Oil                   1 cup                      minutes or until mixture turns yellow.
           Butter                1/2 tea spoon            7. Dish out the chicken and enjoy with rice
           Fish Sauce            1/2 tea spoon
           Chilli Sauce          2 tea spoon
           Salt                  1 tea spoon
