Disabilities Series
The Diversity Committee hosts a series of disability related CLE seminars.
The first session of the Disabilities series entitled “Fit to Practice” was held on November 1,
2018 at the Louisiana Bar Center, New Orleans, LA.
The two-hour seminar focused on liability and ethics issues in the event an attorney experiences
a short or long-term disability. This session is especially relevant to solo and small firm
attorneys.
The seminar featured the following speakers:
