Black History CLE Seminar
The LSBA's Diversity Committee’s Pipeline to Diversity and Outreach Subcommittee hosts a
CLE seminar in celebration of Black History Month. The seminar is co-hosted by Adams and
Reese LLP.
The CLE seminar was held on February 21, 2019 at Adams and Reese LLP in Baton Rouge, LA.
The session entitled “The Disproportionate Impact of Non-Unanimous Juries” featured the

Suit Up for the Future High School Summer Legal Institute and Internship Program

The 8 Annual Suit Up for the Future High School Legal Institute and Internship Program will
be held on June 10 – 28, 2019.

The 7 Annual Suit Up for the Future High School Legal Institute and Internship Program was
held on June 11 – 29, 2018. A partial grant from the Louisiana Bar Foundation assisted in
covering stipends of up to $250 per student for the 24 students that successfully completed the
program and for interns that assisted with the program.
