This is a view of the left wall of your building from the roof looking toward the front of
the building. All the white-colored roofing material and the shiny metal parapet cap are
part of the adjacent roof. There is a gap of approximately 1’ between the end of their
building and the wall of your building that exists only in the center of your building. This
gap presents issues with respect to access, service and moisture intrusion.
