This is a close-up view of the roofing materials at the left rear corner of the building. The
                    modified bitumen roofing material is rippled and out of position. This is caused by high
                          winds pulling the roofing materials off the parapet wall and out of position.


























                      Note the mold growth on the roofing surface due to the inadequate pitch of the roof
                   adjacent to the roof drains.  Ideally, the roof is pitched to the drain so that there is little or
                    no standing water within 24 hours after the end of a rain event.  Clearly this low spot on
                                                 your roof remains saturated.
