This is an overview of the left rear corner of the roof. Note the previous patchwork, the
internal roof drain and the emergency scupper drain in the rear parapet wall.
This is a close-up view of one of the internal roof drains. The drain lines are abnormally
small to drain this size roof area. We understand that the internal roof drains are larger
once you get into the building, and we strongly recommend replacing these smaller pipes
with larger pipes to move water off the roof as fast as practical.
