We are entering the attic over the lady’s room where the air handling unit is located. Note
the water stained plywood.

This infrared scan shows that the metal supports are abnormally cooled by the refrigerant.
During certain weather patterns, the humidity in the attic condenses on the cold metal and
dampens the plywood.
