This infrared scan confirms that there is significant leakage at the duct connections. The
current building code requires that the duct connections be double sealed to minimize
such leakage.

Note the moisture staining on the plywood decking. The metal supports are attached to
the refrigerant piping and the metal is cooled by the refrigerant. This is causing
condensation that is staining the plywood. Mold growth and rot will result. A method
should be employed to separate the metal from the refrigerant.
