For SHS Agile working is the natural progression- allowing employees increased flexibility to work in different locations, yet at the same time making sure that we continue to operate and perform as one.
Mental Health Awareness
We are about to launch a one year programme to bring mental health to the forefront of what we do at SHS.
As part of our health & wellbeing framework, there has always been consideration for employee’s mental health and ongoing / ad hoc initiatives to support.
We understand that the pandemic has increased pressures on people, pushed mental health boundaries and we want to be in a position to support our employees.
We want people to have the right care at the right time and know what is available to them. The new programme will launch this month and further information will be communicated over the coming weeks.
Mid-Year reviews
We will be carrying out our normal mid-year review process - virtually this year for the majority. This is a great opportunity to check in with your Line Manager regarding your performance YTD and update objectives to reflect new numbers or revised plans alongside reviewing & adapting your development plans.
All completed forms must be filed with HR by Wednesday 30th September.
