I’ve got classes to attend

which leaves no time to hang out with friends

I’ve got homework to do

things that are due

I’ve got colleges to apply to

and SAT’s to get through

I’ve got days that are filled with tests

and peers just telling me to do my best

Getting long nights without rest

Because in the morning we have a project to

present
