throughout each and every day

a dancer's heart beats in eight-counts

my eyes always shine

a dancers soul is filled with music

so my feel always fall in time

a dancer feels like no other

with my vibrant rhythm of life

and it all goes into the performance

all the joy and all the strive

so remember that with dancers

a little patience is what you need

because my minds always engaged
