I’ve got to wake up early

And get out of bed

This bus to catch

Things to learn

And to read what I’ve read

As rough as it gets

That’s not my whole life

I have people

I love and care for

It may not be a choice

But I do not mind

Because these people are people

I’d hold anytime

Life isn’t perfect

We all have to do things

We don’t want to do

But if we are being real

I love my job to love you

So when life gets hard

And you don’t know

If you can make it by

Remember this and do it well

I’m always by your side.
