Reporting an Incident of Harassment,
Discrimination or Retaliation
The availability of this complaint procedure is not intended to stop
you from promptly advising the offender that his or her behavior is
unwelcome and requesting that it be discontinued immediately.
While no fixed reporting period has been established, U.S. Xpress
strongly urges the prompt reporting of complaints or concerns so that
rapid and constructive action can be taken. Individuals who believe
they have experienced conduct that they believe is contrary to Company
policy or who have concerns about such matters should alert their
immediate supervisor, the Director of Human Resources or any member
of the Human Resources Department. If for any reason, the employee
feels the supervisor is not the appropriate person to talk to, the employee
should report the incident(s) to the Human Resources Department or
any other member of the management. U.S. Xpress also provides its
employees a confidential hotline (866) 674-5645 to report an incident of
harassment or discrimination. A prompt investigation will be conducted
and appropriate action taken.

harassment or discrimination itself, will be subject to disciplinary action.
