RIVER AUTOPSY WITH NOTATIONS
P. 1

FORWARD TO THE OFFICIAL AUTOPSY REPORT AND
HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION OF RIVER PHOENIX DEATH
Careful reading of this official document shows that there was nothing in River's nasal passages to indicate any kind of 'snorting' any substance, especially a 'speedball' with dose enough to kill a healthy man.
Marijuana was not found. Alcohol was not found. But there was a 'dark' liquid in his stomach.
There were no needle marks anywhere on his body. No injection of any 'speedball.'
River was a healthy young man of 23.
But he'd swallowed 8 times the lethal amount of cocaine and 3 times the lethal amount of heroin; enough to kill an elephant. Various toxicologists examined the drug contents of his body in the autopsy over many days, and while chemical evidence disintegrates over time, even days later the deadly amounts were still in his stomach, not his blood.
According to Mr. Lawrence’s exhaustive research, River arrived at the club at 12:27. He was dropped onto the sidewalk around one o’clock according to the photographer Ron Davis.
The autopsy noted no ‘Ethanol’ — no alcohol. But there was “200CC of dark liquid’ which, if that were cocaine and heroin, would amount to 40 teaspoons of powerful drugs when a single teaspoon could kill.
Ron Davis had to insist Joaquin call 911 after almost 20 minutes had passed, with Rain pounding River’s chest. Also noted in the autopsy was a separate call that was made at 1:10 from within the club, which prompted them to move River outside.
River lay on the pavement for twenty minutes. Listening to Joaquin’s 911 telephone call shows a frightened man afraid of entrapping himself as underage and hurting Depp’s nightclub business as much as saving his brother’s life.
Per LAPD Captain Ribar, in the police report, CPR was immediately started at 0131 hours; River arrived at the hospital at 0134 and was pronounced dead at 0151.
Within an hour of entering the Viper Room River was dying on the street.
