Carmen Turner Named LRCC Community Service

for Lansing School District students.
Carmen has been a dedicated community servant,
actively involved in her church and a commissioner for
Delta Township Parks and Recs for over nine years. She is
a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and is currently
the state ambassador for the Boys & Girls Club of
Michigan. She has served on the MLK Commission, MCAN,
CAPCAN, BCBS Advisory Board, Rotary Foundation and
Rotary Board of Directors, Capital Region Community
Foundation Board, and CAWU's Agency Relations
