Identify Group is a portfolio investment and support services company in
Group the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality) and Telco sectors.

Portfolio investment is all about growth. Our growth team look for synergis-
tic companies that add value to our current portfolio. For example, this
could be a consultancy that covers a specific niche in Quality to further
enhance our offering in the HSEQ arena. The team on-board, manage the
integration, and strive to get maximum return for the investment for all
parties.

Kineticom Inc.

Kineticom Inc. is a recruitment business founded in 2000 in San Diego,
USA, by Paul Roebuck and others. The business continues to operate there
within the telecommunications and technology sectors across the US and
Canada, now under majority ownership of the Identify Group.

Management of the business is by a local leadership team and light touch
management from Identify. Key accounts of Kineticom include T-mobile,
Verizon and Crown Castle, mainly in contract recruitment.

Identify Networks
Identify Networks provides the talent that builds, operates, maintains, and
transforms the telco networks that enable the incredible level of communi-
cation and entertainment that we enjoy today.
We work with the organisations that provide on-demand television, high
speed broadband, mobile telecommunications, and cloud computing. We
provide them with the people that make it happen. The Project Mangers,
Engineers, and Technical specialists.

Services include contract recruitment, payroll (managed) services, and
permanent recruitment. We serve the whole of Europe which adds the
challenge and also the fun of what we do.
