Going somewhere nice?
 Your  personal  holiday  entitlement,  including  public
 holidays will be shown in your contract of employment.
 Here are a few things to note:

 •  The holiday year runs from January to December.

 •  The maximum amount of holiday you can take on
 one occasion is no more than 2 calendar weeks other
 than in exceptional circumstances approved by your
 line manager.

 •  Holiday  must  be  booked  through  our  online  HR
 system  in  advance.  Please  give  as  much  notice  as
 possible.

 •  We will always try to accommodate your request, but
 sometime business demands will take precedence.
 •   You will be able to carry over up to 2 days holiday
 which must be used by the 31st March the following
 year.
 •  Between Christmas and New year we may ask you to
 take holiday as we don’t need everyone in.       WE WILL

 •  You will normally not be allowed to take any holiday
 during your initial probation period.  If, however, you   ALWAYS TRY TO
 have made us aware that you have booked holiday
 before you started with us, you will be permitted to
 take your leave.          ACCOMMODATE

 •  We do not offer payment in lieu of holiday entitlement
 (except if you are leaving the company)
