                                                                                                      Whilst the Group is committed to protecting your health
                                                                                                      and safety, we must also ensure that our business is not
                                                                                                      unduly  disrupted  by  external  factors.  Normally,  where
                                                                                                      you cannot attend work because of the weather you may
                                                                                                      be required or permitted to:

                                                                                                      • Work from home

                                                                                                      • Make up the time at a later date; or

                                                                                                      •  Take any absence from work as holiday or unpaid leave
                                                                                                      We realise that every individual may have different
                                                                                                      circumstances  and  we  may  need  to  base  a  decision  on
                                                                                                      your individual circumstances.

                                                                                                      Any absence other than planned absence will be treated
                                                                                                      by  the  Group  as  unauthorised.    Unauthorised  absence
                         WE REALISE                                                                   includes, but is not limited to, absence from your place of

                                                                                                      work for an unaccountable length of time; you not being
                         THAT EVERY                                                                   contactable for an unaccountable length of time; you being
                                                                                                      unavailable  for  your  normal  working  hours  without  an
                                                                                                      acceptable reason. Unauthorised absence maybe subject
                                                                                                      to disciplinary action.
