place to work. One of the best ways for
everyone to have their say is to partici-
pate in our bi-annual employee engage-
ment survey. The results from these help GROUP AIMS
us identify and prioritise where we most
need to make improvements.

Every month, we keep everyone updated
on what’s going on in the Group and its
wider companies, in our newsletter

Each issue includes updates and
fun-facts on new starters. “A week in the
life of...” articles, updates on the future
of the business and sales updates, so the
whole company can get a better idea of
what everyone is up to. It’s all part of the
