When you can read “The Trader’s Mindset” list and genuinely
say “that’s me”, you have arrived!

One important key in acquiring “The Trader’s Mindset” is to create a
sense of balance in your trading and in your life. Each of us is able to
reduce trading stress in different ways and you will need to find what
works best for you. By reducing stress on a daily basis you are one step
closer to “The Trader’s Mindset”.

Here are some ideas to get you started in reducing stress and
creating balance:

    Walk the dog
    Consider getting a dog (or bird, or cat, or fish or any pet)
    Do some gardening
    Go out for a romantic dinner
    Get a massage, manicure, or pedicure
    Go to the gym, start an exercise program
    Soak up some sunshine, lay in the sun or sit outside, if you live in

       a cloudy climate go on vacation to a sunny destination
    Set up a tennis date, or any sport
    Go for a dip in the Jacuzzi or take a hot bath
    Enjoy your favorite hobby
    Go on vacation - change your scenery
