Here’s The “Do Not Disturb” Plan Of Action:

1. If at all possible, find a room in your house with a door that you
can close and make that your “Trading Room”. (If you are
working out of an office building, if possible, obtain a private
office rather than a cubicle.)

2. Communicate to your family and/or co-workers that you are
under no circumstances to be interrupted while you are trading
(or studying your trading). This communication should be clear
and firm.

3. Use your “Do Not Disturb” door sign from now on while trading
and studying. (You will find this sign in the yellow-tab chapter of
your “Workbook” entitled “Pull-Out Sections”.)

4. Do not answer the phone while trading and studying. Use an
answering machine or answering service. Get caller ID so you can
screen out unnecessary calls.

With this plan, you’ll be able to focus on getting profitable. There is
nothing worse than trading errors as a result of poor concentration.
You may be tempted to blame the “distracter”. In reality, if you don’t
follow the “Do Not Disturb” plan you’ve no one to blame but yourself.
