INTRODUCTION TO
THE ART® TRADING PRINCIPLES
The Applied Reality Trading ®, ART®, system is designed to help you
trade in the present moment and enable you to focus on the REALITY
of the market place as it is unfolding. ART® intentionally does not use
indicators that distort the truths of the market. The ART® approach is
much like a lie detector which filters out fact from fiction.
In REALITY, you don’t know how the market will respond to news,
earnings, world events, economic events and so on. In fact, at times you
won’t know if the earnings numbers are the truth. Some major
companies “alter” their numbers. Even news commentators love to tell
the public stories about why this stock dropped and another went up.
Sometimes they are right, and sometimes they don’t have a clue. And
when they are right, it is usually in hindsight when the stock has already
moved, which has no value for you.
