A very different approach is required for this loop. Whereas the broach Strength
loop (opposite) attempts to achieve maximum strength and security, the Security
peace knot is designed for maximum ease of untying. Pull the drawloop Diffi culty Tying

out, and the whole contraption disappears, with no further effort required.
Usefulness
Use it as a temporary knot, when a quick getaway is in order.
