8. TOP 6 SCHOOLS shall be declared over-all winners and will be awarded the
following:
• Grand Champion Trophy
• First Runner-Up Trophy
• Second Runner-Up Trophy
• Third Runner-Up Trophy
• Fourth Runner-Up Trophy
• Fifth Runner-up trophy

A point system shall be used in all contest categories for group 10 points for
individual and dual 6 points:

Example:
10 points - 1st Place
7 points - 2nd Place
5 points - 3rd Place
3 points - 4th Place
2 point - 5th Place

1 point - 6 place

9. As practiced, there will be declaration of General Championship. Awarding shall be
done at the end of each competed event such as Musical Arts, Literary Arts, Visual Arts
and the like.
10. All contestants shall not wear any mark that will identify the school where they are
from during the actual competition.
11. All manuscripts, winning pieces, materials, and other proceedings shall be collected
and filed at the OCA Office for reference.
12. The decision of the Board of Judges is final.
13. All regional delegates shall make a master list of names of participants,
coaches/trainers and official delegate.
14. Violation of any of the rules and regulations shall be subjected to disqualification in the
contest.
15. No protest or complaint shall be entertained as judgment is done with finality. Only
queries and suggestions should be entertained for future competitions.

DETERMINING THE OVERALL CHAMPION

Determining the Championship for socio-cultural categories, a point system shall be
observed;
