2. JUDGING THE COMPETITION
➢ Competitors shall be given (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds to two (2)
minutes to dance and showcase the constructed /amalgamated routine of the
particular discipline )Latin American or Ballroom Standard)they are performing.
➢ Competitors from each event /category will be dancing altogether in all
disciplines.
➢ In the introductory presentation of participants from each team, it shall be given
twenty (20) seconds to present them before dancing together.

➢ The judges shall rank the competitors from 1/1 (being the highest) and 6/6 th
(being the lowest) during the Final Round.
➢ One (1) or two (2) persons from the event’s organizing team/committee will be
taught how to correctly tabulate the results and shall be under the supervision
of the head of the adjudicators in order to avoid any discrepancies.
➢ JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE. In the event that the results
are unclear and uncertain, the head coach of the concerning team can approach
the judging committee/head of adjudicators to review the results.
➢ Results will not be allowed to be taken pictures, photocopied, reproduced,
resupplied or tampered upon in any way possible and shall remain confidential.
3. JUDGING SYSTEM
➢ Skating (ranking) shall be used/imposed.
➢ Only the experienced, knowledgeable, credible, certified adjudicators (s)
are allowed to adjudicate/judge the competition.
➢ The tournament manager has the right to decide how many dances must
be performed by the participants of each event/category of each
discipline.

Musicality
• Timing and Rhythm:
Dancers should move in sync with the music, accurately executing steps and movements to the beat
and rhythm. 15 %
• Musicality:
The ability to express the music through movement, including accents, phrasing, and dynamics.
