Employee Referral Program
Lupin is committed to hiring the best talent. Research has shown that new hires that come into a
company through employee referrals are often excellent contributors, stay with the Company
longer, and are a more cost effective recruit. If you refer a candidate who meets the qualifications
for an open full-time requisition, you will receive a referral bonus if the person you referred is
hired and remains employed with Lupin for at least 90 days. The referral bonus amount is $1,000
for any non-exempt, full-time employee hired after your referral and $1,500 for any exempt, full-
time employee referral. Please refer candidates using the Candidate Referral Form available from
HR and on the online employee access service website.
Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision for Federal Contractors
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or
applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of
another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation
information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot
disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access
to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or
charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an
investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to
furnish information.
