1. DEFINE CONTROLLING
Control is function of the system which provides direction in
performance to the plans.
2. (PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE)
PERT
This technique is used to solve problems which crops up once or a
few times. It is used as a planning tool and controlling tool. It is used to
compute the total time required to complete the project and identify bottle
neck activities which can make delay in the project completion date.
3. (CRITICAL PATH METHOD) CPM
This technique concentrates on cost rather than duration. CPM
assumes that duration of every activity is constant. Time estimates is
made for each activity.
4. ZERO BASE BUDGETING
This is a new technique and has become popular with in a short period. It
is a new approach to budgeting. Zerobase budget is prepared without
considering the previous years figures.
