A system is an organized or complex whole, an assemblage or

4. DEFINE CONTINGENCY APPROACH
Contingency approach is an approach where behavior of one sub-
unit is dependent on its environment and relationship to other units or sub
units that have some control over the sequence desired by the subunit.
