Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Help Navigating Life’s Challenges at No Cost to You
Life can be stressful and it can be difficult to know where to go for help. The Employee Assistance Program, administered by Morneau Shepell connects you with counselors who can confidentially discuss your challenges with you and identify specialized help and resources you may need.
The EAP is available at no cost to all Applied® associates, family and household members – you do not have to participate in an Applied medical plan to use the EAP.
Here are just a few of the areas the EAP can provide assistance:
• Emotional Well-Being, including dealing with depression and anxiety
• Family Life, including childcare needs, parenting and elder care
• Healthy Living, including nutrition, exercise, losing weight, alcohol addiction and
managing stress
• Leadership Skills to help you be more effective at work and home
• Legal / Financial, including financial calculators, managing debt and saving strategies
