| 11.0 Implementation Timeline

MediaOne will work with XXXX to achieve the objective within the agreed timeline
(timeline to be confirmed).

12 months of project duration from Commencement Date are illustrated as below.

WEEK 1-2

• Meeting with XXXX, webmaster and stakeholders to discuss CMS system, sitem
ap, protocols (sub-URL, meta data, linking, drafting of new pages, deletion of
defunct pages, recommendations of related products, etc.), server specifications,
SSL specifications.
• To discuss and agree upon more specific process flow of content creation,
XXXX'sapproval and uploading.
• Training and setting guidelines for sta to monitor and report issues, creation of
content.
• Optimizing page by page of XXXX's Meta Data, Content
• Initiate the creation of webpages for the targeted countries and input of contents
• New content creation (to replace duplicate or insucient content on existing
webpages if needed)
• Posting in forums, review sites, directories, social media and web 2.0 sites to
generate trac
• Analysing SEO related issues in XXXX
• Compiling list of “faults & fixes” for webmaster

WEEK 4

• Consulting with XXXX and webmaster to ensure that
- the URLs and links are mapped properly
- the new websites are mobile responsive
- the Impact Factors are optimized as far as possible
• Recommend enhancements for UI to optimize UX for both mobile & desktop

WEEK 12/24/36/48

• Quarterly meeting with JMVS on performance
• Provide reviews and recommendations for next quarter
