| 5.0 Specifications of the proposal

At this point, the domain of BS (http://www.bottomslim.com/) has domain author-
ity of 21.
The role of MediaOne is to provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for BS to
increase its online presence
a. To progressively achieve this over 6 months/ 12 months / 24 months (subject
to further discussion)
b. To provide monthly recommendations (subject to further discussion) on
on-page optimization and off-page optimization

| 6.0 Scope of work

1. Work with existing available SEO functions for current platform.
a. Overwrite of titles
b. Overwrite of meta descriptions
c. Ability to set canonical settings
d. Content area that allows H1, H2, images and embedded YouTube videos.
e. Content visible in “view source” mode.
2. Recommend SEO changes to new web portal necessary for SEO.
3. Work with BS’s in-house copywriters (if there is any) in optimizing web pages
and creating content richness.
4. Evaluate and recommend changes to hosting infrastructure to facilitate SEO.
e.g.
CDN, SSL settings etc.
5. Execute plan according to what was approved.
6. Get the approval of BS for all content to be posted on http://www.bot-
tomslim.com/. This includes all text, images and videos etc.
7. Provide accurate monthly detail updates to BS on results and work done.
