1.0 Executive Summary
Mainstay welcomes the opportunity to provide an outline proposal for the provision of management services to St Mary Le Park Freehold Limited.
In completing this proposal, I have provided relevant details of our services as well as a copy of our capability statement.
Mainstay are proud of our almost 20 year heritage of managing schemes across the UK of similar scope and scale of St Mary Le Park Court. We are equally proud of our capability to work with Resident Management Companies (RMC), resident groups, individual leaseholders, freeholders and registered providers to exceed expectations of all involved.
Mainstay have developed a number of industry unique advancements that clearly distinguish us from our competitors. These include:
Dedicated compliance, risk, health and safety services.
A facilities management division, including Building Services Engineering Managers overseeing provision and
review of engineering services.
The provision of complete asset management and asset registration services.
HR and employee services division.
Credit control and in house debt collection services.
Procurement and compliance management.
Building surveying team.
Full ‘commitment’ accounting and live reporting.
Industry leading Accreditations and Quality Assurance systems.
Mainstay will provide an experienced local property management team, complemented by our comprehensive support infrastructure, who are based at our o ces on the outskirts of Worcester. Our aim is to signi cantly enhance current management arrangements.
The Mainstay team and I are diligent in our approach to providing rst class management services, supporting the Freehold Company with proactive and plannedactivity whilst remaining responsive to the day to day needs of the development’s community.
