All of us at some point have been victims of insecurity and crime, whether directly or indirectly. That is,
if we have not been victims of robberies, aggressions, etc. Some of our relatives have suffered.

However, I see with sadness how our authorities do not attack the root problem. That is, they only limit
themselves to instructing the population on how to act in the face of this terrible wave and violence.
While the delinquents continue so quietly committing their misdeeds. The main idea of the visit was for
the former US official to present some of the ideas with which he managed to "The Big Apple"
drastically lower their levels of crime.
Giuliani proposed about 300 points (which should be followed to the letter), with which "the city of
palaces" would recover its tranquility. However, only 20 points were applied, because the other
measures implied zero tolerance with the criminals and the corrupt organizations.

Perhaps one of the reasons for this social phenomenon, is the lack of employment that plagues this
country. It follows what we know as informal employment, which although many people criticize,
cannot be eliminated as it is the source of livelihood of more than 40% of Mexican families…
