        How should you achieve good


                            eating habits?


       A balanced diet can be achieved by systematically planning meals and
    setting aside preplanned mealtimes; writing down times and meal ideas in a
    journal or directly on a calendar can help students stick to these meals. Pre-
        prepping meals over the weekend and freezing them is a good way to
    actively work on good eating behaviors. However, students who do not have
    a kitchen are still able to develop good eating habits with their choices. For
     example, for breakfast, instead of having a sugary cereal or a bagel packed
     with cream cheese and bacon, the student can pick oatmeal with fruits and
     milk. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, protein intake can be supplemented
    with beans, tofu and tempeh. Vegan can supplement their dairy intake with
    milk alternatives, and calcium and B12 vitamins. A healthy food plan begins
       with the first step. Students need to actively be involved in making and
     following their own personalized plan to realistically sustain these habits
