Tyeshawn Allen









        Lewisburg, Virginia, is the home of

        the Hilton Garden Inn’s Executive
        Chef, Tyeshawn Allen. A er getting

        his start at Greenbrier Country Club
        in West Virginia, Chef Allen quickly
        began to prove himself in the

        kitchen. Starting out as a pool cook,
        Allen bellen became one of the youngest
        A
        Sous Chefs at the Greenbrier
        Sporting Club in just three years.  In
        2014, he moved to Music City a er

        accepting a position at Union
        Station Hotel in Downtown

        Nashville, where he stayed for 2
        years. A er his time at Union
        y
        Station, he went back to his country

        club roots and took the Sous Chef
        position at Brentwood Country

        Club. In 2017, he came to the Hilton
        Garden Inn Nashville Downtown as
        the Executive Chef, and has been

        with the hoith the hotel ever since. Since
        w
        starting at the hotel, he has taken

        the opportunity to experiment in
        the kitchen, and he loves to create
        unique menus specific to each

        guest.
