Fajitas Wagyu








                 Ingredients                                             Preparation


                                                    Pan sear the Wagyu on medium-high heat with oil
                                                    P
            - 2lbs Wagyu flank - fajita
             sliced                                  until brown. Pour the generous jigger of coconut
            - 1 tbsp oil                               rum over beef. Increase heat. Add onions and
                                                        peppers. Season with salt and cracked black
            - 1 generous jigger Malibu             pepper. Serve in warm flour and corn tortillas. Sides
             Coconut Rum
            - 1 medium yellow onion                  sugestions: shredded cheese, salsa, guac, creme

            - 3 tri-colored peppers                                           freche
            - 1 tsp garlic salt

            - 1/2 tsp cracked black
             peppercorn
