Dear Mr Andrease,

If you have recently settled your agreement, we thank you very much and please just
ignore the first payment details.

I write to remind you that your Deferral Period ends on DD/MM/YYYY. Should you
wish to settle your agreement interest free, you will be required to pay £VALUE, this
includes the early settlement administration fee of £29.

The full payment must be received by us before DD/MM/YYYY.
The simplest way to pay your agreement in full is to login to my.hpf.co.uk where you
have easy access to your agreement details.

Should you prefer to spread the cost of your loan then you need take no further
action. Your Direct Debit will automatically claim your first payment of £VALUE on
DD/MMYYYY. Subsequent payments are due on the same date of each month.

We promise to keep your personal details secure - your account details are protected
by the Data Protection Act, so we can only discuss your account with you. We will
never discuss details of your account with any other person unless you give us your
express permission to do so.
