PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS CHECKLIST




               As part of our authorisation to offer finance, the Financial Conduct
          Authority require us to ensure every customer is treated fairly. To fulfil this
          requirement we need to confirm that your application has been completed
              correctly and you are aware of key information relating to your loan

                                                agreement.


                       If there is anything you are unsure about, please ask.




         PAYMENT OPTIONS:            Have we explained all the different ways to pay?




         YOUR FINANCE APPLICATION:
                             •     Have we confirmed the total amount of money you will be
         LOAN AMOUNT:
                                   borrowing to complete your purchase?
         LOAN TERM:          •     Have we confirmed the term of the loan?
         LOAN APR:           •     Have we confirmed the APR (annual percentage rate)?
                             •     Have you made us aware of any likely changes in
                                   circumstances that may affect your ability to afford the
                                   monthly repayments?
         AFFORDABILITY:
                             •     Have we explained what happens in the event you are unable
                                   to make a payment? You may be liable for potential charges
                                   and your credit file may be affected.
                             •     Is the income figure stated on the application form your sole

                                   income (not joint)?

         INCOME:             •     Is the income figure correct?
                             •     If applicable, is the salary figure stated on the application

                                   correct?
                             •     Have we made you aware that a credit check will be carried
         CREDIT CHECK:
                                   out by the lender?
                             •     Have you had enough time to read the T&C's and to ask any
         TERMS:
                                   questions?
         RIGHT TO            •     Have we made you aware of the 14 day withdrawal period
         WITHDRAW:                 during which time you can cancel the loan agreement?

          FOR INFO: You may receive an ‘After Sales’ call from your lender. During the call they will ask you
                     to confirm that you have been given the finance information detailed above.
