AUDIT COMMITTEE REPORT

The Audit Committee concurs and accepts the conclusion
of the AGSA on the annual financial statements and
performance information and is of the opinion that the
audited annual financial statements be accepted and
read in conjunction with the report of the AGSA.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the Minister and
Deputy Minister for their leadership and guidance, the
DSD management and staff for their contribution and
efforts during the financial year as well as AGSA and
Internal Audit for their co-operation and the information
that they have provided to enable us to discharge our
responsibilities.
