What is the mentoring program?
Individual meetings:
- Bi-weekly/weekly/as needed meetings
- Work closely with Meagan Luce, Mentor, on all aspects of the business
Additionally:
- Group classes
- Accompanied appointments: listing/buying
- Writing contracts
- Contract review
- Attendance at a listing presentation
- Negotiation assistance
- Resource from contract to close
What do YOU need to do to be successful?
- 100% commitment
- Learn how to use Paragon
- Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) tour EVERY Wednesday – go on tour
- Attend all business meetings and training events
- Follow your business plan – review quarterly
- Business networking – events such as Business After Hours, GT Women, etc.
- Get designations such as ABR, SFR, SSRS, etc
- Know you statistics
- Don’t be a secret agent!
- Market yourself
- Be a professional all the time
