 Picking  Transportation Execution

• To ensure that picking is done timely (Based on the ERP generated Pick list) • Indenting Vehicles in coordination with Dispatch Supervisor
• Ensuring right documents with the vehicle at the time of dispatch.
• Scanning & checking the correct product code dispatched (With right Quantity)
• Tracking the vehicle till delivered as per SLA
• Packing + Shrink wrapping + Strapping (As per Requirement)
 Maintaining MIS (On time placement, on time delivery, Damages etc)
 Despatch
 Updating the client on exceptions if any.
• Indenting Vehicles in coordination with Transportation Supervisor  Vendor bill processing, timely payment and accounts reconciliation.

• Ensuring loading of the material in the vehicle. Ensuring the right count as per  Managing insurance claim process and documentation in case of any transit damage or loss.

Inventory Controller

Transportation Supervisor • Under stacking to avoid loss of space.
 Inventory Control
Key Objective of this position: This position is responsible for managing all outbound transportation
from the warehouse to the delivery location • Conducting Cycle Count (As per cycle count plan agreed)

Major Deliverables: • Inventory variance closure within 24 hours

 100% warehouse SOP adherence • Physical verification Monthly, Quarterly (as per audit plan )
• Inventory variance analysis, CAPA
