Entisar tower is a 121 story residential tower comprised of serviced apartments, studio apartments, 1,2,& 3 bedroom freehold
villas and luxury penthouse suites. Each residential type has its own distinct lobby, pool terrace, and associated amenities
including gathering spaces, daycare, gym, and cafe. Also available to all residences are all-day dining facilities, multiple
specialty restaurants, world class spa, full floor workout facilities with suspended running track, and conferencing and business
center. Quezada Architecture was contracted from concept through construction documents for the interior architecture and
design portion providing full service interior design, 3D visualization, and space planning as well as assisting in construction
documentation in Revit, FF&E selection, and material specifications.
