Rochester Gardens is envisioned as a high-end, mixed-use development to accommodate overseas visitors to the nearby Mayo
Clinic. It will accomodate the need for a 5 star luxury hotel and extended-stay serviced apartments. Designed around a winter
garden atrium and podium retail, the project consists of an anchoring hotel tower, four apartment towers situated amongst
podium rooftop gardens, and townhouses along the vibrant river front. Quezada Architecture was contracted to provide space
planning and interior architecture services.
